Biographical summary


Yu-Jen Chen, M.D., is a board certified physiatrist with expertise in musculoskeletal disorders and sports medicine.

Dr. Chen attended medical school at National Yang Ming University in Taiwan. He obtained training in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou, Taiwan. He also had training in family medicine at National Taiwan University Hospital.

Dr. Chen's clinical practice focuses on the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries. With musculoskeletal ultrasound examination and guidance, treatment options including prolotherapy (Plate-rich plasma; Dehydrated Human Amnion/Chorion Membrane Allograft), shockwave therapy, physical modalities and therapeutic exercises would be suggested to relieve your pain and restore physical activity.
